About Us

Parmacotto is an Italian producer of fine meats based in the Parma area of Italy. Founded in 1978, we are famous for all types of salumi: from the many types of Prosciutto and Salami to the sensible options on The Zero Line. Starting in 2019, we are Now in America, and pleased to bring the same high quality enjoyed in Italy to the United States!

The attention to detail separates us from other companies. Each product is curated with the fine eye of tradition and a sensitivity to the art of making fine charcuterie. In Parma, this is not just a type of meat. This is our history and part of who we are. We demand the best and think you should too. This is indeed why we have come to America.

Roasted ham with spices. Fresh pork legs, seasoned with rosemary, sage, thyme and garlic.  Prepared according to old recipe, this Roasted Cooked Ham is hand-tied, cooked and roasted, thereby obtaining a product with a characteristic ‘artisan taste’.

Prosciutto Cotto all Natural is slow-cooked in steam ovens to create juicy, tender meat. No added water or preservatives are used during production process, allowing the natural flavor of the meat to shine through. Perfectly pink, incredibly tender, all natural ham.

With or without Pistachio. It is made using select lean cuts of pork meat, seasoned with natural ingredients like salt and pepper, and stuffed in a casing to be cooked in special humidity-controlled ovens.
